PRESS ON NAILS
HOW DO I APPLY MY PRESS ON NAILS?
With every order we include a instruction card on how to prep, apply and remove your press on nails. For a 1-3 day wear we recommend using sticky tabs. For almost 3 weeks wear use the liquid nail glue provided. Do you need something in between? Use sticky tabs with a dot of nail glue on top for +/- 10 days wear!
HOW DO I REMOVE MY PRESS ON NAILS?
Use (any) oil, warm water and dish soap to remove your nails. Soak your nails for 15 minutes and see if you can wiggle them a little bit. Never force your nails off! Be aware when using glue as an adhesive that you can not soak them off before +/- 10 days of wearing them.
Repeat soaking and wiggle to make sure you remove your nails safely.
Dry your hands, file any remaining glue off you nails and press on nails and store them to reuse later.
CAN I RETURN MY PRESS ON NAILS?
No, it is not possible to return your press on nails. Every set is hand made to fit your personal order so we wont be able to take them back.
Did you accidentally write down a wrong size? Don't worry, you can order replacement nails in a new size, with the same design!

HOW DO I KNOW MY NAIL SIZES?
Before you can order your press on nails you will need a sizing kit. Sizing kits are required for all new customers to ensure a perfect fit! Each sizing kit includes 1 nail of every size in your chosen shape. All shapes run on different sizing so make sure to chose your favorite shape.
We also offer shape finder kits with 1 nail of every shape we currently have.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
With every order we include a complimentary application kit! This includes 1 nail glue, 48 sticky tabs, 4 alcohol pads, 1 mini nail file, 1 buffer block and 1 cuticle pusher. Depending on your favorite application method you can reuse this kit for 2 to 5 times.
We highly recommend using cuticle oil and hand moisturizer daily for healthy nails, cuticles & skin.
CAN I CHANGE THE DESIGN I ORDERED?
Your custom made set is designed and handmade by order. Once your order is confirmed changes are not possible since we already started your personal set of nails.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST AND CAN I REUSE THEM?
The nails are made from 100% soft gel which makes them very durable and firm. With the right size, proper prep, application and after care they can last up to 3 weeks. If the nails are correctly removed they are reusable on average up to 5 times!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The duration depends on the transportation method you chose. When your package is send, the track and trace code will be activated within 48h.
WHAT IS YOUR CREATION TIME?
We create your nails by hand so a lot of time and skill goes in perfecting a set. We want to give every order the attention it deserves.
Creation time depends on design level but normally we will create your order between 7 - 10 business days.
